That’s right, we come to you and repair your computer in your own home/business. We GUARANTEE that is all you will pay for our labour and what’s more, if your computer does need replacement parts we are also extremely competitively priced on those as well.

In the rare event that it’s just going to take too long to repair your PC on site,
we can take it back to our workshop and fix it whilst leaving you one of our loan units (when available) to keep you up and running.

When you request a visit we will book you an appointment at a time that best suits you and when your area engineer is next available. If your problem is urgent then ask for our priority visit upgrade which will get you a same day visit or first thing the next day. There is a small extra charge for this service.
